- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por el ciudadano Lino Diaz Ruiz contra el Juzgado Quince Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del mismo.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Santander, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, lo resuelto en esta providencia con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento los fundamentos constitucionales y legales en virtud de los cuales se adopta la presente decision.
